The packaging does not show the contents of the parcel and the name Satin and Lace is not visible in a way that reveals what is inside the package. This ensures that your order remains completely private.
All parcels are shipped securely and may include Track & Trace so that you can follow the delivery of your order.

Orders
At Satin and Lace every order is prepared with care and attention. After placing your order and completing payment, we will start preparing your items for shipment.
If the item is in stock it will usually be shipped the same day. Some items are handmade and may require one or two days to be prepared before shipping.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped discreetly and securely.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a Track & Trace code so you can follow your package through the courier’s website.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and the postal service.
Packages can be delivered to your home address or to a nearby collection point where you can pick up the parcel.
Please make sure that your delivery address is correct when placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to hygiene reasons, intimate items such as lingerie cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Custom made or personalised items are also not eligible for return.
If your order arrives damaged or if there is a problem with the item, please contact us and we will assist you as soon as possible.
Return Policy
If a return is accepted, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Items must be returned in their original condition. If the item is returned in a different condition, the buyer may be responsible for any loss in value.
Customer Responsibility
Buyers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address when placing an order.
Satin and Lace cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs procedures in international shipments.
